Key Responsibilities\n

In this role, the selected candidate will be responsible for:

• Conducting in-depth assessments to understand client needs and developing tailored treatment plans that promote mental wellness.

• Delivering individual therapy sessions utilizing diverse therapeutic modalities, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy and mindfulness-based approaches.

• Establishing therapeutic goals in collaboration with clients and systematically monitoring their progress to ensure optimal outcomes.

• Providing teletherapy services to ensure accessibility, particularly for clients facing barriers to in-person sessions.

• Maintaining detailed and accurate documentation of client interactions and treatment progress to comply with ethical guidelines and standards.

• Engaging in continuous professional development through workshops, training, and peer consultations to enhance therapeutic competencies.

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate must possess the following qualifications:

• A valid state license as either an LMFT, LPCC, or LCSW.

• A Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, coupled with a deep sense of empathy and a non-judgmental attitude.

• Excellent organizational abilities and time management skills to effectively handle caseloads.

Preferred Experience\n

While we value all applicants, candidates with experience in telehealth services, as well as those with specializations in trauma-informed care or cognitive-behavioral therapy, will be given preference. Previous work in a remote capacity or with varied populations is beneficial as well.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 90,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and caseload management. Additional benefits include:
