Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct initial interviews and comprehensive assessments to identify client needs, strengths, and treatment goals.

• Provide continuous evaluation of individuals by synthesizing bio-psychosocial data from clients, families, and applicable referral sources while following best practices in mental health treatment.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions and skills training, tailored to individual client needs, focusing on trauma-informed and culturally-sensitive practices.

• Maintain current knowledge of best practices in addiction treatment and mental health counseling, integrating new methodologies as fitting to enhance client recovery outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This position specifically targets clients dealing with chemical dependency and related mental health issues. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Social Services, Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or a related field is required.

• Two years of hands-on experience in therapeutic practice is mandatory to ensure effective client support.

• Must possess a valid Washington State mental health counselor license (LMHC, LICSW, or LMFT).
