Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough intake assessments for new clients, gathering their clinical history and identifying specific mental health needs.

As a Mental Health Counselor at Serenity of Hope Counseling Clinic, you will work with a diverse clientele that includes individuals facing a variety of emotional and psychological challenges. Qualifications\n

• Master's degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related accredited field.

• Valid and active state license/certification (LPCC, LCSW, or LMFT) for practice.

• A minimum of two years of successful experience providing therapy to individuals navigating emotional challenges.

• Exceptional interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to build rapport quickly with clients from diverse backgrounds.

• Familiarity or experience using electronic medical records systems is preferred but not a mandatory requirement.

Preferred Experience\n

• Proficiency in applying Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or other evidence-based approaches in clinical practice.

Compensation and Benefits\n
