Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate each client’s mental health status and emotional well-being, utilizing standardized assessment tools and informal observations.

• Design and implement personalized treatment plans that reflect the unique needs, goals, and circumstances of clients, with regular reviews to adjust strategies as needed.

• Deliver professional therapeutic interventions using evidence-based practices, including individual therapy sessions, family counseling, and group therapy aimed at fostering connection and healing.

• Continuously monitor and document clients’ progress, using our integrated client management systems to adjust treatment approaches based on real-time feedback and outcomes.

• Provide crisis intervention support, employing effective de-escalation techniques to assist clients in acute distress.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential client records in line with HIPAA regulations and ethical guidelines, ensuring compliance with best practices in mental health service delivery.

• Collaborate proactively with a multidisciplinary team to ensure the delivery of comprehensive care, sharing insights and strategies in regular team meetings.

• Stay abreast of the latest research, methodologies, and developments in mental health treatment by participating in continuing education and professional development opportunities.

• Engage in regular supervision and peer reviews to enhance clinical skills and maintain high standards of practice.

• Adhere to the ethical guidelines and professional standards dictated by applicable licensing boards, and maintain active licensure throughout employment.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a closely related field.
