Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify each client's mental health needs and collaboratively develop tailored treatment plans.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic services, using a variety of techniques, to individuals, families, and groups, effectively addressing their unique mental health issues.

• Work in conjunction with case managers, psychiatrists, and other healthcare professionals to deliver comprehensive, coordinated care.

• Perform crisis intervention when necessary, providing timely support during acute distress or emergencies while employing strong clinical judgment and empathy.

• Participate in community outreach initiatives aimed at raising awareness about mental health issues and reducing stigma associated with seeking help.

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor at Gotham Enterprises Ltd, you will engage with a diverse client population, including individuals from various ethnic, cultural, and socioeconomic backgrounds. Qualifications\n

• Possess a current and independent license as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• Hold a Master's or Doctorate degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

Compensation and Benefits\n
