Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual mental health counseling sessions via secure video conferencing tools, utilizing your skills to create a supportive and therapeutic environment.

• Develop comprehensive and individualized treatment plans that effectively address the mental health needs of low acuity adult clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with stable, low acuity adults presenting with various mental health concerns. This role is crucial in aiding individuals who may be facing challenges such as anxiety, depression, or adjustment issues, and your guidance will help them enhance their quality of life through skill development and therapeutic support.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in a counseling-related discipline such as Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• A current state-issued mental health counseling license that allows for independent practice; please specify your credentials, including LMFT, LMHC, or LICSW.

• No limited or provisional licenses; candidates must have no history of disciplinary actions against their license.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of $90,000 to $104,000 per year, contingent on your working hours and client caseload. Additional advantages include:
