Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to identify individual patient needs and formulate tailored treatment plans.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused Therapy in individual and group therapy sessions.

• Facilitate psychoeducational groups and support sessions, addressing common mental health challenges and encouraging community among participants.

• Engage in collaborative discussions with fellow mental health professionals, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to ensure holistic patient care.

• Provide crisis intervention support during acute mental health emergencies, utilizing best practices to ensure safety and resolution.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
