Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough evaluations to formulate mental health diagnoses based on the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders V (DSM V) standards.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans utilizing evidence-based practice guidelines tailored to each client's unique needs.

• Provide therapeutic services, including cognitive behavioral therapy, brief therapy, and behavior modification techniques, through weekly synchronous live video sessions.

• Coordinate care with psychiatric providers to ensure a holistic approach for clients, collaborating with fellow therapists to form a robust support network.

• Utilize automated self-assessments to continuously monitor client progress, adjusting treatment strategies based on data-driven insights.

• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation within our therapy portal, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards while reducing paperwork burdens.
