Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct detailed initial assessments to understand client history and emotional health, establishing a foundation for effective treatment planning.

• Design and implement individualized treatment plans utilizing various therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and mindfulness-based approaches.

• Set measurable therapeutic goals with clients, regularly reviewing and adjusting these goals based on client progress.

• Provide teletherapy services to accommodate clients with accessibility issues or those preferring virtual sessions, ensuring continuity of care.

• Maintain thorough and ethical documentation of all client interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes in compliance with state regulations.

• Participate in ongoing professional development activities, including workshops and seminars, to stay current with the latest best practices in mental health counseling.

Qualifications\n

• A current and valid state license as LICSW, LMHC, LMFT, or PsyD to practice independently in the state of Massachusetts.

Compensation and Benefits\n
