Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and formulate appropriate diagnoses for clients, based on the DSM V criteria, ensuring each client's unique needs are met.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that align with evidence-based practices, addressing a range of mental health disorders with a focus on co-occurring conditions.

• Deliver cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and supportive therapeutic counseling to individuals, families, and groups, adapting methods to fit various contexts and client needs.

• Provide clinical supervision and mentorship to junior therapists and therapy assistants, fostering professional growth and a collaborative approach in practice.

• Manage and maintain a substantial caseload while utilizing electronic health record (EHR) systems efficiently to document client care and treatment outcomes.

• Respond to crisis situations by evaluating the urgency of client needs, offering immediate support, and facilitating access to appropriate mental health services.

Qualifications\n
