Work Environment\n

This role is fully remote, allowing our therapists to provide services via telehealth platforms. You will have the flexibility to connect with patients from the comfort of your home while ensuring they receive the highest quality of care. The expected work schedule is Monday through Friday, from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, with some evening shifts possible to accommodate patient needs. Working in a supportive and collaborative environment, you will be part of a multidisciplinary team dedicated to achieving exceptional patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities\n

  Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate the unique needs and goals of patients seeking treatment for substance use disorders, utilizing standard assessment tools and frameworks.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on individuals facing substance use disorders who seek help to overcome addiction challenges. You will interact with diverse populations, which allows for culturally competent care and tailored therapeutic interventions that address individual circumstances, backgrounds, and recovery needs.

Qualifications\n

  A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited academic institution.

  Active and valid licensure as an LCSW, LPCC, or LMFT in the state of California.

  Demonstrated knowledge of substance use disorders, recovery-oriented practices, and various therapeutic methods suitable for addiction treatment.

  Proven ability to conduct both individual and group therapy sessions, particularly within addiction recovery contexts.

  Exceptional interpersonal skills with an emphasis on empathy and non-judgment, fostering strong therapeutic alliance with patients.

  Commitment to professional ethics, maintaining patient confidentiality and setting appropriate boundaries.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
