Work Environment\n

This position is designed to be remote, providing flexibility for our therapists while allowing them to engage with patients in an outpatient setting. You'll be working Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with occasional evening shifts to accommodate patient needs. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments for elderly patients, focusing on their unique physical, cognitive, and social needs.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role primarily focuses on the geriatric population, allowing you to address mental health needs related to aging individuals. Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required.

• Current licensure as an LCSW, LPCC, or LMFT in the state of California is essential.

• Demonstrated knowledge of geriatric mental health disorders and evidence-based treatment modalities.

Compensation and Benefits\n
