Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to understand clients’ mental health history and current challenges, allowing for the development of tailored treatment plans.

• Utilize various evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or Solution-Focused Therapy to support client objectives.

• Establish specific therapeutic goals collaboratively with clients and regularly monitor progress to ensure effective treatment outcomes.

• Provide virtual therapy sessions, accommodating clients' schedules and accessibility needs, and maintain the highest standards of confidentiality and ethical practice.

• Document session details and treatment progress accurately in compliance with ethical and legal requirements, utilizing our practice management software.

• Participate in ongoing professional development by attending workshops, conferences, and clinical supervision sessions to enhance therapeutic skills.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
