While working from home, you'll have the resources and support needed to thrive professionally. Scheduled duties will occur Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, ensuring work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough initial assessments of clients to identify their specific stressors, challenges, and therapeutic goals, allowing for the development of customized mindfulness-based intervention plans.

• Implement mindfulness-based stress reduction (MBSR) techniques during individual therapy sessions, effectively guiding clients through mindfulness exercises, meditation practices, and breathing techniques aimed at enhancing emotional awareness and balance.

• Facilitate engaging group workshops that center on mindfulness practices, stress management, and resilience-building strategies, promoting shared learning and community support among participants.

• Collaborate closely with fellow therapists and healthcare providers to integrate mindfulness practices into broader treatment plans, ensuring a comprehensive approach to each client's mental health care.

• Maintain meticulous documentation of client progress, treatment plans, and mindfulness interventions in compliance with organizational guidelines and regulatory standards.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Valid licensure in the state of Texas as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT is mandatory for this role.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The selected candidate will enjoy a competitive salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 104,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
