Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive initial assessments to understand clients' unique stressors, mental health challenges, and individual goals, creating personalized treatment plans centered around mindfulness.

• Guide clients through mindfulness exercises, meditation sessions, and breathing techniques specifically designed to promote self-awareness and emotional regulation.

• Facilitate group workshops focused on mindfulness practices, stress management strategies, and resilience-building, allowing clients to benefit from shared experiences.

• Utilize evidence-based mindfulness interventions, including Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR), to enhance therapeutic outcomes for clients seeking to manage stress and promote relaxation.

• Document client progress meticulously, tracking the effectiveness of mindfulness interventions and adapting treatment plans as needed for optimal results.

• Collaborate with a diverse team of healthcare professionals to integrate a comprehensive approach to mental health, sharing insights and resources that benefit client care.

• Engage in regular personal mindfulness practice to model techniques for clients, as well as to cultivate your own professional development through continued education and training.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role will primarily serve adult clients facing a spectrum of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, and chronic stress. Our focus on mindfulness allows clients to learn coping mechanisms that are life-long tools. This personalized approach acknowledges the individuality of each client's circumstances and promotes tailored solutions to enhance their quality of life.

Qualifications\n

• Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in Nevada.

• Strong foundational knowledge of mindfulness practices and their application in a therapeutic context.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling the creation of a calming therapeutic environment.

• Ability to work independently in a remote setting while remaining committed to teamwork and collaboration.

Preferred Experience\n

• Training or experience in Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) or similar mindfulness frameworks.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary in the range of USD 80,000 to 104,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Our robust benefits package includes:
