Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual therapy sessions, couples therapy, and family therapy through a telehealth platform, ensuring each session is tailored to meet the unique needs of the client.

• Accurately document client progress and treatment plans in our electronic health records (EHR) system, maintaining compliance with all legal and ethical standards.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to develop comprehensive treatment strategies that align with best practices in mental health care.

• Engage in ongoing professional development opportunities, including training, workshops, and supervision, to enhance your therapeutic skills and stay current with industry trends.

• Participate in team meetings to discuss caseloads, share insights, and offer and receive support from fellow clinicians.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The clients you will work with at Garden of Light represent a diverse range of backgrounds and mental health issues, including anxiety disorders, depression, relationship difficulties, trauma, and more. This role allows you to make a meaningful difference in the lives of individuals and families by providing supportive therapy that encourages healing and resilience.

Qualifications\n

• Bachelor's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.
\n
• Current state license (LCPC, LMFT, LCSW) as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor.
\n
• A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in counseling or a related field, with a proven track record of supporting clients through therapeutic interventions.
\n
• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and listening skills, allowing you to effectively connect with clients and understand their needs.

• Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and decision-making capabilities, which enable you to navigate complex clinical scenarios.

• The ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively with a team.

• Proficiency in using electronic health records (EHRs) and associated telehealth technology.

Preferred Experience\n

• Previous experience in a remote counseling role is highly desirable, as is familiarity with telehealth best practices.

• Additional certifications in evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as CBT, DBT, or EMDR would be considered an asset.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation for this role ranges from USD 95,000 to 105,000 per year, commensurate with experience and productivity. Our benefits package includes:
