Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments to identify clients' needs and areas of concern; design tailored treatment plans based on evidence-based practices.

• Facilitate individual therapy sessions using a blend of therapeutic modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), or other relevant techniques suitable for each client.

• Engage actively with clients to establish therapeutic goals, monitor progress, and adjust treatment strategies as required to enhance effectiveness.

• Provide flexible teletherapy options to accommodate clients' preferences and accessibility needs, ensuring the delivery of quality support regardless of location.

• Maintain comprehensive and timely documentation of therapy sessions to comply with state regulations and ethical standards, ensuring the continuity of care.

Qualifications\n

• A current and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A Bachelor’s degree in a related field is required; however, a Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, or a relevant area is preferable for this position.

• Demonstrated ability to build trusting therapeutic relationships through effective communication and interpersonal skills.

• Exemplary empathy and a non-judgmental approach, creating a safe space for clients to express their thoughts and feelings.

• Strong organizational skills, adept at multitasking and managing time efficiently while handling administrative tasks and a caseload.

Compensation and Benefits\n

• Attractive annual salary ranging from USD 60,000 to 80,000, commensurate with experience and caseload.
