Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct initial interviews with clients to gather detailed information, including presenting issues and mental health history, aiding in the development of comprehensive and individualized treatment plans.

• Provide personalized counseling sessions that utilize various therapeutic modalities to address mental health challenges such as depression, anxiety, trauma, and substance abuse.

• Facilitate couples' therapy sessions focused on improving communication, resolving conflicts, and fostering a healthy relational dynamic.

• Engage families in therapy to address systemic issues and develop strategies for enhancing communication and supporting healthy family interactions.

• Create and maintain individualized treatment plans that outline therapeutic goals, interventions, and expected outcomes tailored to each client’s needs.

• Offer immediate support to clients experiencing acute distress or crises, ensuring they receive appropriate interventions and referrals when needed.

• Maintain accurate and complete client records, keeping thorough documentation of progress notes, treatment plans, and other relevant information to facilitate ongoing client care.

• Communicate effectively with other healthcare providers, including psychiatrists and social workers, to coordinate comprehensive care for clients.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
