Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct culturally sensitive and strength-based assessments for new patients and their families to devise personalized therapy plans.

• Provide individual and family therapy sessions tailored to the unique needs and circumstances of each client.

• Timely completion of billing, documentation, and insurance authorization forms, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.

• Develop and implement crisis plans, safety plans, relapse prevention plans, and wellness plans that promote stable functioning.

• Create comprehensive discharge plans that facilitate smooth transitions for clients exiting therapy.
\n
• Adhere to all federal and state laws and regulations, as well as NEHS policies, ensuring ethical and professional standards are met.

• Engage in continuous professional development through training and education to enhance therapeutic skills and competencies.
\n
• Participate in case consultations and agency meetings, contributing to a collaborative approach to patient care.
\n
• Complete all required licensure and mandatory training in a timely manner, staying updated on best practices in mental health counseling.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in social work, counseling, marriage and family counseling, or a related field that meets state licensing requirements.

• Current licensure as a Mental Health Therapist (LPC, LMFT, LCSW) in the state of Arizona.
