Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct culturally sensitive and strengths-based assessments for new patients and their families to accurately capture each individual’s unique needs and circumstances.

• Provide tailored individual and family therapy sessions, utilizing appropriate intervention strategies to facilitate effective healing and recovery.
\n
• Maintain thorough and timely documentation, including completion of billing, individualized treatment plans, and insurance authorization forms, to support the administrative side of patient care.

• Develop essential crisis management plans, safety protocols, relapse prevention strategies, and wellness plans to aid clients in maintaining stable and healthy functioning.

• Create comprehensive discharge plans to ensure clients receive continuous support post-therapy.
\n
• Adhere strictly to federal and state laws, regulatory standards, and internal NEHS policies to ensure compliance and safeguard client welfare.
\n
• Engage in ongoing professional development through training sessions and continuing education opportunities to continually enhance clinical competency.
\n
• Participate in case consultations and agency meetings as a means of sharing knowledge and improving care quality within the team.
\n
• Complete all licensure requirements and mandatory training to maintain credentials and stay informed on best practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your role will involve working with a diverse patient population within Reno, Nevada, focusing on community needs and addressing mental health challenges across various age groups. You will play a vital role in supporting individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mental health disorders, ensuring they receive the care tailor-fitted to their personal situations.

Qualifications\n

• A master’s degree in social work, counseling, marriage, and family therapy, or a related field, which leads to licensing in the mental health profession.

Compensation and Benefits\n
