The daily schedule typically runs Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, though some flexibility may be required to accommodate patients' needs. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to gather information about clients' psychological, emotional, and social needs.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on evidence-based practices and tailored interventions.

• Provide therapy to individuals, couples, and families using modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and other appropriate approaches.

• Facilitate psychoeducational workshops and support groups aimed at building community and addressing common mental health concerns.

• Engage actively with a team of psychiatrists, psychologists, and other professionals to coordinate holistic patient care within our outpatient services.

• Respond effectively to crises by providing urgent mental health interventions and support during emergencies.

• Educate clients about their mental health conditions, treatment options, and community resources to enhance their understanding and recovery outcomes.

• Maintain comprehensive and confidential records, ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards, and participate in case consultations and professional development opportunities.

The client population we serve is diverse, ranging from children and adolescents to adults and seniors, each facing their unique set of mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Mental Health Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required.

• Possession of active licensure as an LMFT, LCPC, or LCSW in the state of Nevada.

• Comprehensive knowledge of mental health conditions, therapeutic approaches, and a presumed proficiency in applying evidence-based practices.

• Ability to foster strong therapeutic relationships and empathize with clients while maintaining professional boundaries.

Preferred Experience\n

• A minimum of two years of clinical experience in a similar outpatient or community mental health setting is preferred.

Compensation and Benefits\n
