Work Environment\n

This position is entirely remote, utilizing a telehealth platform designed to provide therapy and counseling services. Our state-of-the-art telehealth technology ensures that our therapists can offer high-quality care from the comfort of their own homes while delivering services to a diverse client base across Nevada. The work schedule typically runs Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with flexibility required based on patient availability.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments through virtual meetings to identify patient needs and develop personalized treatment plans.

• Utilize various therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT) in individual and group sessions.

• Organize and facilitate psychoeducational workshops and support groups that encourage community connection and provide valuable resources for clients.
\n
• Collaborate proactively with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health professionals to deliver holistic, coordinated care to each patient.
\n
• Provide crisis intervention services during mental health emergencies, ensuring immediate support and resource referrals.
\n
• Educate clients about mental health issues, treatment methodologies, and available community resources to foster self-advocacy and awareness.
\n
• Maintain meticulous and confidential documentation of patient records in compliance with HIPAA and ethical standards using electronic health record (EHR) systems.

• Participate in regular case consultations, team meetings, and ongoing professional development opportunities.

• Stay informed of emerging research and practices in mental health therapy to continuously enhance service delivery.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our diverse client population includes individuals experiencing various mental health issues, such as depression, anxiety disorders, bipolar disorder, trauma-related conditions, and substance use disorders. As a Mental Health Counselor, you will work with clients of all ages, tailoring your approach to suit the unique experiences and needs of each individual.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in the state of Nevada.
\n
• Strong understanding of mental health disorders and evidence-based treatment approaches.
\n
• Proven experience conducting in-depth mental health assessments and developing tailored treatment plans.
\n
• Ability to deliver effective individual and group therapy to a variety of populations, including children, adolescents, and adults.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills that facilitate effective therapy and collaboration with colleagues.

• High ethical standards, sound judgment, and a commitment to maintaining professional boundaries.

• Familiarity with electronic health record systems and telehealth platforms.
\n
• Ability to work independently while being an integral part of a collaborative, multidisciplinary team.

Preferred Experience\n

• Minimum of two years of experience in a clinical setting, with a focus on outpatient care.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition, our benefits package includes:
