Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver engaging mindfulness-based interventions, including Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR), aimed at reducing stress and improving emotional well-being.

• Conduct thorough initial assessments to identify individual clients' stressors, challenges, and therapeutic goals, customizing mindfulness practices to meet their needs.

• Facilitate individual and group mindfulness exercises, guiding clients through meditation practices, breathing techniques, and self-reflection activities, creating an environment conducive to emotional balance.

• Lead impactful group workshops focused on mindfulness practices and resilience-building strategies, fostering skills that clients can use in their daily lives.

• Integrate mindfulness techniques into individual therapy sessions, addressing specific mental health concerns to support clients’ journeys toward personal growth.

• Collaborate with fellow therapists and healthcare professionals to develop comprehensive treatment plans, ensuring the best client outcomes.

Qualifications\n

• A valid Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in Washington State.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 80,000 to 104,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
