Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct initial assessments and develop individualized therapy plans tailored to clients’ specific stressors and mental health goals.

• Deliver mindfulness-based interventions, including MBSR, to assist clients in developing coping strategies for stress reduction and emotional regulation.

• Guide clients through mindfulness exercises, meditation sessions, and breathing techniques, cultivating a sense of awareness and emotional balance.

• Facilitate engaging group workshops and classes focusing on mindfulness practices, stress management, and resilience-building strategies, promoting community learning and support.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client sessions, treatment plans, and progress in accordance with regulatory requirements and best practices.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of mental health professionals to enhance integration of mindfulness into comprehensive care approaches.

• Engage in ongoing personal mindfulness practice, professional development, and training to deepen expertise in MBSR and related methodologies.

You will work with a diverse array of clients, including adults experiencing anxiety, depression, and stress-related disorders, as well as those seeking personal growth and self-improvement. Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Active and valid licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Washington.

• Demonstrated proficiency in integrating mindfulness techniques into therapy sessions; prior training in Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) is preferred.

• Strong communication skills with the ability to foster a supportive and calming environment for clients.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 to $104,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications.
