Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive initial assessments and evaluations to understand clients' mental health statuses, histories, and needs.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Therapist at our center, you will work primarily with adult clients facing a range of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and more. Our client base is diverse, necessitating a compassionate and flexible approach to treatment that acknowledges each individual's unique history and mental health requirement.

Qualifications\n

• Must hold a valid and current license as either a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.

• Demonstrated excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively build rapport with clients and collaborate within our multidisciplinary team.

• Ability to show compassion, empathy, and a non-judgmental attitude in all client interactions.

• Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle a flexible caseload while ensuring quality care.

• No history of disciplinary actions on your license.

Preferred Experience\n

While the minimum requirement is two years of relevant experience, candidates with additional experience in telehealth settings or specialty areas such as trauma-informed care or cognitive-behavioral therapy are highly appreciated.
