Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to understand clients' mental health issues, leading to the creation of personalized treatment plans.

• Provide individual therapeutic sessions using established therapeutic modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and mindfulness-based techniques, tailoring these approaches to suit each client's unique needs.

• Collaborate with clients to identify therapeutic goals, continually evaluating their progress and adapting treatment strategies as necessary to ensure effective outcomes.

• Offer flexible teletherapy sessions to clients preferring online consultations, thereby increasing access to mental health services for those who may face mobility or transportation challenges.

• Maintain meticulous and timely documentation of client progress and therapy sessions, aligning with ethical practices and state regulations.

• Engage in ongoing professional development, attending workshops and training to refine clinical skills and stay informed about advancements in the mental health field.

Qualifications\n
