Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health evaluations using standardized assessment tools to establish a comprehensive understanding of each client's emotional and psychological needs.

• Develop detailed, individualized treatment plans that align with each client's specific goals and therapeutic objectives, utilizing practice frameworks such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

• Facilitate multi-modal therapy sessions, providing individual, family, and group therapy, tailoring each approach to the unique dynamics and needs of clients.

• Regularly monitor and document clients' progress, adjusting treatment strategies as required to ensure optimal engagement and outcomes.

• Provide crisis intervention and support for clients experiencing acute distress or emergencies, employing de-escalation techniques and developing immediate action plans.

• Maintain meticulous client records that adhere to HIPAA regulations and ethical standards, ensuring confidentiality and compliance within clinical practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n
