Work Environment\n

This position offers the flexibility of a remote work environment, enabling you to reach clients through our advanced telehealth platform. The nature of our practice requires a flexible work schedule, predominantly Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with some adjustments to accommodate patient needs. As a an essential part of our team, you will work collaboratively with other mental health professionals to deliver outstanding care.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to identify clients' needs and establish individualized treatment plans that meet their goals.

• Implement therapeutic interventions for individuals, couples, and families, utilizing a variety of approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused Therapy.

• Lead psychoeducational and support groups to foster community and address prevalent mental health challenges.
\n
• Collaborate closely with psychiatrists and psychologists to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care for patients.

• Provide crisis intervention when necessary, offering immediate support to those in mental health emergencies.

• Educate clients on their mental health conditions and empower them with knowledge about treatment options and local resources.

• Maintain precise and confidential documentation in adherence to legal and ethical standards.

• Engage actively in team meetings, case consultations, and ongoing professional development activities.

• Stay informed about advancements in mental health practices to continuously enhance therapy offerings.

The patients you will serve represent a diverse demographic, encompassing individuals facing a range of mental health challenges, from adolescents to adults. Qualifications\n

• Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current licensure as an LMFT, LMHC, or LCSW in the state of Florida is essential.

• Strong grounding in mental health disorders and therapy techniques, with an emphasis on evidence-based practices.

• Demonstrated ability in conducting comprehensive assessments and formulating effective treatment plans.

• Experience in delivering both individual and group therapy services to a varied and diverse client base.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to foster therapeutic relationships.

• Sound ethical judgment and the ability to maintain professional boundaries.

• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and basic computer applications is imperative.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The anticipated salary for this role ranges between USD 80,000 and 100,000 per year.
