Key Responsibilities\n

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• A valid and current unrestricted license as an LICSW, LMFT, or LMHC in the state of Washington.

• A minimum of three years of clinical experience in mental health counseling or therapy.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.

• Proficient in maintaining accurate client records and documentation.

Preferred Experience\n

Experience with telehealth platforms and a familiarity with various therapeutic practices, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or trauma-informed care, will be viewed favorably. A background in working with specific populations, such as trauma survivors or those with chronic mental health conditions, is a plus.

Compensation and Benefits\n
