Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and screenings to identify clients' mental health concerns, from anxiety and depression to trauma-related issues, and develop tailored treatment plans that cater to their specific needs.

• Facilitate one-on-one therapy sessions and group therapy sessions, employing various therapeutic modalities to engage clients and foster healing.

Qualifications\n

• A current and valid license as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) , Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) , Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) , or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD) .

• A master's or doctoral degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.
\n
• Demonstrate specialized training in mental health counseling or significant clinical experience in a similar role.

• Exhibit a comprehensive understanding of evidence-based practices used in the treatment of various mental health disorders.

• Showcase strong therapeutic and counseling skills that promote trust and motivation among clients.

• Possess excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to foster collaboration within a multidisciplinary team.
