Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual therapy sessions with adult clients using secure online video platforms, ensuring confidentiality and comfort throughout the process.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities, notably Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), to empower clients in managing their mental health conditions effectively.

• Create personalized treatment plans, monitor client progress, and adjust interventions as necessary to achieve optimal therapeutic outcomes.

• Document session notes and treatment activities thoroughly, maintaining accurate records in compliance with organizational policies and best practices.

• Collaborate with other mental health professionals within the organization to enhance the treatment experience and share effective strategies for patient care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will primarily serve a diverse adult clientele experiencing a range of mental health issues including anxiety, depression, trauma, and stress-related disorders. Qualifications\n

• A master’s degree in social work, counseling, marriage and family therapy, or a related field from a regionally accredited institution.

• An active and unrestricted license (LMFT, LMHC, or LCSW) to practice therapy in your state.

• A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience providing therapy to adult populations.

• Demonstrated proficiency in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and other evidence-informed practices.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications. In addition, you will be eligible for a sign-on bonus of up to $1,000.
