Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to evaluate clients' needs and challenges, and develop personalized treatment plans to address their unique situations.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team—including psychiatrists and psychologists—to ensure holistic care and enhance treatment outcomes.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in the state of Massachusetts.

• In-depth knowledge of mental health disorders and familiarity with various therapeutic techniques.

Compensation and Benefits\n
