Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and create individualized treatment plans tailored to meet the mental health needs of each client, utilizing evidence-based practices.

• Provide direct therapeutic services to individuals, groups, and families, drawing from a diverse array of therapeutic modalities to address a wide spectrum of mental health issues.

• Collaborate seamlessly with case managers, psychiatrists, and multidisciplinary professionals, ensuring a holistic approach to client care that emphasizes coordinated support.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will primarily engage clients from a wide array of backgrounds, including but not limited to various ethnic, cultural, and socioeconomic groups. Qualifications\n

• An active and independent license as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A completed graduate degree—a master’s or higher—in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to establish trust and rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds.

• Strong cultural competence, ensuring sensitivity and effective communication with clients from varying ethnic and socioeconomic backgrounds.

• Outstanding organizational and time-management capabilities, enabling meticulous documentation and timely follow-ups on client care.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 70,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
