Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough trauma-informed mental health assessments to evaluate the trauma history and psychological needs of patients for effective treatment planning.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), to facilitate patient healing.

• Provide individual and group therapy sessions, ensuring that therapeutic techniques are applied effectively to help clients process trauma and develop adaptive coping mechanisms.

• Collaborate closely with psychiatrists and other mental health professionals in a multidisciplinary team setting to coordinate integrated care for clients.

• Offer crisis intervention support during trauma-related emergencies, ensuring timely and effective assistance.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
