Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough clinical assessments to accurately determine clients' mental health needs and formulate appropriate therapeutic interventions.

• Develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans tailored to individual client goals, adjusting them as necessary based on ongoing assessments.

• Provide individual, couples, and group counseling, utilizing a variety of therapeutic approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness techniques, and trauma-informed care.

Compensation and Benefits\n
