Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate the mental health needs of clients.

• Develop effective, evidence-based treatment plans tailored to each client's specific challenges and therapeutic goals.

• Deliver individual therapy through various modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), based on client preferences and evidence-based practices.

• Monitor and document client progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.

• Facilitate teletherapy sessions that prioritize client accessibility, accommodating any barriers they may face in accessing traditional therapy.

• Engage in continuous professional development to stay abreast of the latest advancements in mental health treatment and theory.

• Uphold high ethical standards through accurate and confidential documentation of client interactions and treatment plans.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our client base consists of individuals seeking support for a variety of mental health issues, including but not limited to trauma, anxiety disorders, depression, and adjustment challenges. Qualifications\n

• Current and valid licensure in the state of Massachusetts as an LMFT, LMHC, or LICSW.

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, enabling you to establish rapport with clients quickly and effectively.

Preferred Experience\n

While we welcome applicants from all experience levels, candidates with previous teletherapy experience or a strong background in evidence-based treatment modalities will be given preference. Additional training in specialized therapeutic approaches or certifications is a plus.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 90,000 to 100,000 yearly, commensurate with your experience and caseload. In addition to monetary compensation, our benefits package includes:
