This position is remote, allowing for flexible work arrangements. However, you will have access to our outpatient office in West Springfield when in-person collaboration is needed. Our practice operates Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with occasional evening shifts as necessary to meet patient demands. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to evaluate patient needs and formulate accurate diagnoses.

• Utilize various therapeutic modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and psychodynamic therapy to deliver treatment interventions effectively.

• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions to promote emotional healing, develop coping strategies, and foster personal growth among patients.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists and other health professionals to ensure a coordinated approach to patient care and holistic wellbeing.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention and support to patients experiencing acute mental health emergencies.

• Educate patients and their families on mental health conditions, treatment options, and resources available within the community.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required.

• Possession of a current and valid license as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in Massachusetts.

Compensation and Benefits\n
