Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to identify clients' mental health concerns and establish relevant clinical diagnoses, leading to the formulation of individualized treatment plans.

• Provide therapeutic interventions through individual, couples, group, and family therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based therapies tailored to meet each client’s specific goals.

• Facilitate crisis interventions, offering immediate support and strategies for clients experiencing acute mental health crises or emergencies.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential client records in accordance with ethical and legal standards, including ongoing treatment notes and progress assessments.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, leveraging expertise from psychiatrists, social workers, and other healthcare providers to ensure holistic care for your clients.

• Engage clients and their families in educational discussions about mental health issues, treatment options, and available community resources, while also advocating for their rights and needs.

• Stay updated with the latest best practices in mental health therapy through ongoing training, workshops, and professional development activities.

Qualifications\n

• Must be licensed as a Mental Health Therapist, holding an LMFT, LMHC, or LICSW designation.

• Bachelor's degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or a related field is required. A Master’s or Doctoral degree is preferred.

• Demonstrated strong clinical assessment and diagnostic capabilities.

• A minimum of two years of related experience in a clinical setting.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.

Preferred Experience\n

• Previous clinical experience in outpatient therapy is highly desirable; however, entry-level positions are also available for motivated candidates.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is between $85,000 and $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
