Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough client assessments using standardized mental health evaluation tools and interviews to identify their specific needs and mental health conditions.

• Develop individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings and collaboratively work with clients to set realistic therapeutic goals.

• Provide expert one-on-one psychotherapy sessions via secure telehealth platforms, utilizing effective therapeutic techniques tailored to the client's needs.

• Facilitate group therapy sessions or family counseling as appropriate, employing evidence-based practices to encourage open communication and support among participants.

• Continuously monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans in response to evolving needs, utilizing regular check-ins and follow-up assessments.

• Maintain comprehensive and accurate documentation of all client interactions, treatment plans, and clinical progress in accordance with HIPAA regulations.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Mental Health Counseling or a closely related field is required.

• Current and valid license to practice as a mental health counselor in Florida.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary package ranging from $85,000 to $95,000 annually, depending on experience.
