Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct in-depth assessments and screenings to evaluate clients' mental health concerns, utilizing standardized tools and personal interviews to create tailored treatment plans.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment strategies that align with clients’ specific needs, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic approaches.

• Facilitate engaging therapy sessions—both individual and group—that connect clients with therapeutic concepts while promoting active participation in their recovery journey.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists and case managers, to ensure an integrated care approach, coordinating treatment plans and progress evaluations.

• Provide expert guidance and supportive education to clients' families, enhancing their engagement in the recovery process and fostering a supportive home environment.

• Maintain accurate, confidential, and compliant clinical documentation in accordance with ethical and regulatory standards.

Qualifications\n

• A current and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or a Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A minimum of a master’s or doctoral degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a closely related field.
