Work Environment\n

This role operates in a fully remote telehealth setting, allowing you to connect with patients and their families from the comfort of your own workspace. As part of a collaborative team, you will engage in regular meetings to discuss cases and share insights, ensuring a high standard of mental health care delivery. Our working hours are Monday through Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with flexibility to accommodate occasional evening sessions based on patient needs.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct in-depth assessments to understand the mental health needs and challenges of children and adolescents.

• Design and implement tailored treatment plans that reflect the unique circumstances of each patient, including their developmental stage and family dynamics.

• Utilize a variety of evidence-based therapeutic techniques, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy and play therapy, to effectively address issues such as anxiety, depression, ADHD, and behavioral disorders.

• Facilitate family therapy sessions to engage parents and caregivers in creating nurturing environments that support the mental health of their children.

• Collaborate closely with our team of experienced child psychiatrists and other ancillary professionals to harmonize efforts and provide holistic care.

• Provide crisis intervention and immediate support for young patients experiencing mental health emergencies.
\n
• Educate patients and families about mental health conditions, potential treatment options, and available community resources.
\n
• Maintain detailed and secure documentation of all clinical interactions, ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards.

• Actively participate in weekly team meetings, case discussions, and ongoing professional development sessions to hone skills and stay updated on best practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our main focus is on delivering care to young individuals facing a spectrum of mental health issues. You will have the opportunity to work closely with children and adolescents aged from early childhood to late adolescence, providing care that addresses their psychological and emotional needs. Qualifications\n

• A Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LMFT, LMHC, or LICSW in the state of Washington.

• Strong knowledge of child and adolescent mental health disorders along with therapeutical treatment approaches.

• Ability to demonstrate compassion and establish a trusting rapport with children and their families.

• Expertise in using electronic health record (EHR) systems and other relevant digital tools for efficient documentation and communication.

• A collaborative mindset and willingness to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.

Preferred Experience\n

• Minimum of two years of post-licensure experience in a mental health setting, particularly with children and adolescents.

• Experience providing family therapy in conjunction with individual therapy.

Compensation and Benefits\n
