Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct remote therapy sessions using video conferencing platforms, delivering personalized mental health care to clients in a safe and supportive environment.

• Assess clients’ mental health needs through initial evaluations and ongoing assessments, developing tailored treatment plans based on their individual goals and circumstances.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work with a diverse client base, including children, adolescents, and adults facing various mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution is required.

• Active licensing in California as a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) is essential.

• A minimum of three (3) years of professional experience in providing mental health counseling to children, adolescents, and adults is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 to 122,000 annually, commensurate with caseload and experience.
