Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough patient assessments through one-on-one consultations to evaluate therapeutic needs, creating comprehensive and personalized treatment plans based on these evaluations.

• Deliver individual therapy sessions as well as family, marriage, and/or group counseling, utilizing evidence-based practices tailored to client situations.

• Implement mental health screenings to ascertain treatment requirements, ensuring all interventions are based on current best practices and client feedback.

• Document client progress meticulously within our electronic health record (EHR) system, maintaining compliance with legal and ethical standards.

• Engage in ongoing professional development, collaborating with our multidisciplinary team to develop innovative therapeutic approaches and strategies.

• Contribute to organizational initiatives aimed at community engagement and mental health awareness, strengthening the overall health literacy in the populations we serve.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Therapist, you will work with a diverse clientele encompassing individuals facing myriad mental and emotional challenges. This includes adults dealing with depression, anxiety, PTSD, and those struggling with co-occurring disorders. You will also have the opportunity to provide support to families and couples seeking to enhance communication and resolve conflicts. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree from an accredited program in Mental Health Counseling (LMHC), Marriage and Family Therapy (LMFT), or Social Work (LICSW).

• Active licensure to practice in Washington State as an LMFT, LMHC, or LICSW.

• Strong foundational knowledge of counseling theories, techniques, and evolving best practices in mental health.

• Proficient in the use of telehealth platforms and electronic health record systems.

Preferred Experience\n

• A minimum of 2 years of professional experience working directly with individuals experiencing mental and behavioral health challenges, particularly in contexts involving substance abuse, co-occurring disorders, or group therapy facilitation.

• Demonstrated ability to utilize a variety of therapeutic modalities effectively, including cognitive-behavioral therapy, dialectical behavior therapy, or solution-focused therapy.

• Experience in developing and implementing community outreach programs is highly regarded.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary in the range of $100,000 to $105,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
