Work Environment\n

This role is entirely remote, allowing for a flexible work-home balance while focusing on telehealth therapy sessions. Our telehealth facility is designed to support therapists with cutting-edge technology, ensuring that you can connect with clients seamlessly and securely. You will be encouraged to maintain a structure in your work life, as sessions will be scheduled from Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough evaluations to determine the severity and frequency of mood disorder symptoms presented by clients.

• Collaborate with clients to create personalized treatment plans that reflect their unique goals, preferences, and backgrounds.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic techniques, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), tailored to suit individual client needs.

• Educate clients and their families about mood disorders, available treatment options, and effective self-care strategies to empower them in their healing journey.

• Continuously monitor and document client progress, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans based on their evolving needs and responses to therapy.

• Engage in interdisciplinary collaboration with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals to provide integrated care for clients.

• Stay informed about the latest research and developments in mood disorders to enhance therapy methodologies.

• Ensure compliance with all legal and ethical standards by maintaining accurate and confidential client records.

Qualifications\n
