Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans based on evidence-based practices to address clients' unique needs.

• Document all activities and ensure compliance with regulatory standards while maintaining up-to-date clinical records.

• Utilize evidence-based screening tools and methodologies to assess client progress regularly and adjust treatment plans as necessary.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to create and implement positive behavior support plans that aim to achieve optimal client outcomes.

• Actively participate in licensing and accreditation processes to uphold the highest quality of service delivery.

• Serve as a liaison with relevant service systems and community partners, facilitating resource sharing and service coordination.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
