Work Environment\n

This position is remote-based, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home while participating in regular virtual team meetings and case conferences. Our telehealth model ensures that you have the resources and support you need to provide effective mental health services, including access to advanced electronic health record (EHR) systems and training materials. You will have a structured work schedule from Monday to Friday, typically between 9:00 AM and 6:00 PM, with some flexibility required to accommodate patient needs as they arise.

Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• Possession of a master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field from an accredited academic institution.

• A current and valid license as an LMFT, LMHC, LCSW, or LCSW-R within the state of New York.

• In-depth understanding of mental health disorders and evidence-based treatment approaches, along with a strong commitment to culturally responsive practices.

• Demonstrated experience in providing therapeutic services and utilizing inclusive methods that cater to diverse populations.

• Effective crisis intervention skills, with a proficiency in maintaining composure during challenging circumstances.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, essential for building rapport with clients from various backgrounds.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
