Key Responsibilities\n

As a Mental Health Specialist, you will be responsible for:

• Delivering individualized clinical services by developing and implementing recovery-based, person-centered treatment plans tailored to each client's needs.

• Continuously assessing clients’ needs through regular check-ins and evaluations to adjust treatment plans as necessary.

• Collaborating with clients to establish and monitor individual service plans, ensuring alignment with their personal goals.

• Facilitating skill-building sessions that focus on coping strategies, problem-solving, and effective communication.

• Educating clients about available community resources and advocating for their access to essential services for long-term success.

• Maintaining meticulous records of client interactions and treatment progress, ensuring adherence to regulatory standards and confidentiality.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your role will primarily involve supporting adults aged 18 and above dealing with various mental health conditions, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and personality disorders. You will be instrumental in guiding clients toward achieving personal growth and community integration, ultimately promoting overall well-being.

Qualifications\n

To be eligible for this position, candidates must possess:

• A Master's degree or higher in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• A current state license required, including one of the following: LMFT, LMHC, LCSW, or a Licensed Psychologist (PsyD).

• The ability to operate autonomously, demonstrating self-direction and preparedness to address client needs without supervision.
\n
• No reported disciplinary actions on your license in the past.
\n
• Proficient skills in establishing rapport and demonstrating a high degree of empathy in patient interactions.
\n
• Strong computer proficiency and reliable Wi-Fi connection to effectively conduct telehealth sessions.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually. Additionally, we provide:
