Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and screenings, utilizing diagnostic tools to identify clients’ mental health needs and create targeted treatment plans.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that address clients’ unique goals, employing evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR).

• Facilitate engaging individual and group therapy sessions that encourage participation and foster community among clients, tailoring the approach to suit varying cultural backgrounds and needs.
