Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work primarily with a diverse population of individuals facing various mental health challenges, including those with co-occurring medical conditions. Your role will center on understanding each patient's unique background, circumstances, and health needs, fostering a personalized therapeutic environment that encourages healing and growth.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Clinical Social Worker - R (LCSW-R), Licensed Psychoanalyst, Psychologist, or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of New York.

• Proven experience in addressing mental health issues for individuals with co-occurring medical conditions, showcasing a deep understanding of integrated care.

Compensation and Benefits\n
