Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough initial assessments to understand clients’ backgrounds, current stressors, and goals for therapy, enabling you to create personalized mindfulness plans.

• Guide clients through various mindfulness exercises, including meditation, breathing techniques, and body awareness practices, to enhance their self-awareness and coping skills.

• Facilitate engaging group workshops and classes focused on mindfulness and stress management, encouraging community and support among participants.

• Incorporate mindfulness strategies into individual therapy sessions, addressing specific challenges faced by clients and promoting holistic well-being.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LCSW, LMHC, or LMFT in the state of New York.

• Demonstrated proficiency in providing mindfulness interventions within a therapeutic context.

Compensation and Benefits\n
